AgencyQuarters is operated by Bra Holding AS (Norway). This policy explains what personal data we process when you use agencyquarters.com and why.

What we collect

• Account data — your e-mail address, name, and password (stored as a salted hash).
• Workspace content — the messages, clients, workflows, files, and settings you create in your workspace.
• Usage and billing data — AI usage metering, wallet balance, purchases, and invoices.
• Technical data — logs necessary to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the service: authenticating you, running your AI specialists, storing your workspace, metering usage, and processing payments. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Processors we rely on

• Vercel — application hosting.
• Supabase — database hosting (EU region, eu-west-1).
• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — AI model providers; the content of a conversation is sent to the model that answers it.
• Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your card details.

Data isolation

All workspace content is isolated per workspace. Feedback you give (thumbs up/down) only shapes the lessons applied inside your own workspace and never leaks to other customers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can export your content. Deleting your account removes your workspace and its content. Contact us at support@agencyquarters.com for any privacy request.
