AgencyQuarters ("the service") is provided by Bra Holding AS (Norway). By creating an account you accept these terms.
AgencyQuarters gives your business a workspace of AI specialists for marketing, sales, content, and operations work. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — review it before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use the output, including compliance with marketing and privacy law.
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, for spam or deceptive outreach, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to breach the service's security or tenant isolation. We may suspend accounts that do.
You own the content you create in your workspace. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it in order to run the service — nothing more. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Norwegian law applies; venue is Oslo, Norway.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
